Halanghalang - Dumaguete

If you like spicy Chinese food give it a try! I think I would say the food was good quality but most dishes were hot spicy for me as the name of the restaurant indicated)

I usually love Szechwan but the taste of the sweet and sour pork was weird, the sauce was ok but the pineapple were also off, overripe on the verge of turning bad. The shrimps were good. All of it was overpriced but the rat running around the room was quite entertaining.

Was good but now very poor decline since 3 months ago was a shock. We took a friend there when we arrived back in Dumaguete after telling him how good it was and were very embarrassed when the food was so poor we could not even eat it.

Tis Restaurant is definitly a Chinese! You get here Dumblings, I suggest with Amaranth, and the Spicy Potatoes. The Noodlesoup choose with minced meat. Thats better. The Quality was very high, the Taste very good!
