Jollibee - Dumaguete City

Jollibee... Poor service, incompetent staff and below standard food for Jollibee. Poor excuse for a Jollibee outlet. Horrible...

One of Jollibees WORSE customer service ever. Customer will understand the waiting time but you should inform the customer that the mango/buko pie will be available minutes. Not all customers are willing to wait, we all have things to do and wasting minutes over is too much, you offer this food as add ons of our order and not available right away is crazy. We got some of our order and we won't bother waiting for one more which is not available right away. What are the crew doing in the kitchen it's loke people thier talking and laughing doing nothing!

This review applies to all Jollibee outlets in the country. I have visited over 40 countires all around the world and Jollibee is by far the worst fastfood chain i have ever experienced. I keep giving them "last chances" but this is it. Just yesterday i have ordered a standard meal and a coke zero. As a matter of fact the coke zero was absolutely vile, HOW CAN YOU GET COCA COLA WRONG JOLLIBEE. There must have been some washing up liquid left in the unhygienic glass they serve it in or something but it was revolting. Their food is barely edible, or unavailable. Stick to McDo
