Don Roberto's Bar and Restaurant

The service at this restaurant was very polite and the staff were welcoming. However, even though we were the only customers, the service was extremely slow for a simple order (around 45 minutes!). Despite this, the food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge, making it a satisfying meal. They also offer a selection of beers. Overall, the food was amazing for a reasonable price and we would definitely recommend it.

We ordered a small Hawaiian pizza, lomi soup, coffee, and a San Mig Light at this restaurant. The quality of the food compared to the price was decent. Our total bill came to 600 pesos. The lomi soup was particularly delicious and we will definitely order it again, along with their bihon and pancit canton next time.

The experience was mediocre. The food took a long time to come out and the burger was disappointing. The beer was warm, and the staff could have been friendlier.

I may sound petty but seriously, how hard can it be to serve good hot chocolate. I was excited to drink hot coco cuz I'm a lover of chocolates pero giatay! BALING LASAWA I ask for more chocolate cuz why not? pero SAMUKAAA BITTER CHOCOLATE ANG GI SERVE?! HAHAYSSSSSS

Worst customer service.. they just ignore us when we came (no handling outs of menu) and when we approach them they only said wait (there 's no much customer at that time) But when new customer came in they immediately entertain them, we left after we felt embarassed.
