Pizza Hut - Duluth

Wow...where do I start? The was on par for Pizza Hut I guess... The 'Manager ' had her friends (non employees) in the establishment, in the back (kitchen area) eating for free like it was an all you can eat buffet. Then as her friends are enjoying themselves she begins criticizing the only other employee for the condition of his uniform... it is sad this is what we have come to in America.

Tonight is especially significant for me... My canine best friend has a final Doctor 's appointment in the morning so I decided to treat her to her favorite food... PIZZA HUT PIZZA!!! Initially I ordered a meat lovers pizza with pepperoni; however what showed up was a chicken pizza with red onions and green peppers.Right from the jump Patrick the delivery representative was professional, polite and prompt with timing. Now i 'm not one to leave reviews....EVER; but this level of customer service and just showing human compassion is ridiculously incredible and for me personally is one of the most amazing displays i 've seen in a long time. After I got in the house and realized the pizza was wrong I ran downstairs and caught Patrick right as he was getting his his car. He got out and met me at the bottom of the stairs... and listened ATTENTIVELY to my concerns. I explained to him that the pizza wasn 't ordered for me or my wife; however it was for my dog. He apologized (may I add for something that wasn 't his fault). He stated that he would correct it. I told him that it was ok and no worries... we ended our conversation. Not even 30 mins later i get a knock on the door and it 's Patrick again with the correct pizza to make my doggie happy!!! Google and anyone else who searches for reviews I hope and wish that you all take a message from this because I sure did. This young man went out of his way for a stranger he didn 't even know to make sure that this strangers dog had her favorite food on her last earthly night! It doesn 't matter our age, race, beliefs, status, or anything else...we are all human beings and we should love, respect and support one another. Patrick handled those roles well.... Pat if you ever read this I wish you the best of success and prosperity in your life and please know that what you did tonight was more than delivering a pizza!

Ive ordered from here 3 times in the past month and only had an issue one time. I 've never had my order messed up and they are usually quick although one of those times, the driver didn 't come so I had to pick up my pizza. Since then, I 've had no issues though. The pizza is always delicious. : Update: So this place is definitely hit or miss but due to this last issue I gotta take them all the way down from 4 stars to one star as my service experience was completely unacceptable. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. It was around 11pm so I was okay with the 65-75 minute wait time for delivery. I checked the delivery tracker after 30 minutes and it said that the pizza was out for delivery. After still not receiving the pizza an hour after I ordered it, I decided to call and see if the pizza was actually out for delivery yet since I 'm less than 10 minutes away. A female answers, Pizza Hut. We 're closed! I let her know that I 'm calling about an order I placed already and hadn 't received. All deliveries are out I understand she wants to go home but I 'm trying to figure out where my food is so I don 't get upset yet. I ask when the driver is expected to complete his deliveries. She says any time now. I advise her that it had been over an hour since I placed the order. She looks up the order and informs me that my pizza was delivered, signed for, and a tip was left on my card!!! Now, I 'm upset. I ask where the pizza was delivered to. She repeats my address. I explained that I live in a gated community and no one buzzed me from the gate to even get in. She calls the driver who didn 't answer. So my husband takes the 8 minute drive over to Pizza Hut to talk to the lady face-to-face. She explains that the driver has not returned yet but should have been back already. My husband waits for the driver. When the driver pulls up, he says the gate was open which means he tailgated someone rather than following my delivery instructions , he delivered the pizza to a tall white guy I 'm not tall, white, or a guy , the guy signed the receipt website says the card will be verified but he obviously didn 't ask for it , and he 's not sure what apartment he delivered it to because all the buildings look the same but it surely wasn 't the apartment number on the ticket . I 'm told that I will be refunded but that doesn 't even begin to restore my trust in Pizza Hut 's delivery drivers.

Everything went smooth. Pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. What more do you want?

The customer service at this restaurant is consistently quick and great. We usually opt for curb side pickup and they are always prompt in delivering our order to the car. The pizza is always hot and they get our order just right.
