Noodles Co. - Duluth

Noodles Company is our favorite restaurant. This place owes a lot to their amazing World Kitchen team— all five of them. I just wish we had caught their names so we could recognize the outstanding service they offered us tonight.

I have always liked the food at Noodles and Co.; it's delicious and fairly priced. I also appreciate the ability to order and pay in advance through the app—it's incredibly convenient! However, during my visit for dinner with my daughters yesterday, I noticed a lingering smell in the restaurant that indicated it could use a thorough cleaning. I would have given them 5 stars, but I think they need to focus on improving their overall cleanliness.

The restaurant was unfortunately lacking enough staff, which caused delays in taking orders as they focused on fulfilling both in-person and online requests. One of the employees shared that they were doing their best given the circumstances, and I truly believe that. I hope they get more support soon, as I really appreciate when staff are transparent and honest with customers about what’s going on.
