Krispy Kreme - Duluth

I'm not sure what's going on with Krispy Kreme, but their doughnuts have been worse lately than Dunkin'. They are dry and not as good as they used to be. I bought them three times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Very disappointed.

I pre-ordered 48 classic glazed donuts the day before and told the staff I would be picking them up. When I arrived at the store and brought the donuts to work (only a 10-minute drive), I noticed they appeared to be leftover from the previous day. They were very small, cold, and hard. While Krispy Kreme donuts are typically excellent, I strongly advise against doing business with this particular location.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant because the first Krispy Kreme was located in my hometown. The donuts are nothing special, despite their reputation. I drove 30 minutes only to find old, cold original or powdered donuts available. The staff was friendly, but that didn't make up for the lackluster donut selection. I did appreciate the hoodies worn by the employees. Overall, my visit was underwhelming.

Donuts were delicious! only one complaining about the price. the man on the theke wanted to give me a special for 6 donuts for $5 cash. I had only one card to be charged $9.85. Hopefully it wasn't gone to put my money in.

PLEASE PLEASE coach your employees to wash their hands upon taking orders from customers. This is a very serious issue and request. I entered your store on Monday (craving) donuts. Upon your employee approaching me, he placed his hands on the counter where the donuts are kept. He did not have on gloves. He attempted to wait on me and he was asked if he was going to wash his hands?He told me he was putting on gloves. After I demanded he washes his hands he then put on gloves. However, he walked up to the register with my donuts with the BOX opened and my donuts were exposed to any particles (floating) in the air as he also was cashing me out exposing my food next to a dirty and frequently used cash register.I declined to TAKE the donuts in fear of FOOD safety and sanitation.
