Firehouse Subs Arena At Gwinnett

The firehouse sub is a beautiful and clean place to eat great food with friendly people. I enjoy dining there.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because the subs were barely edible. The subs were not cut properly and the juices leaked everywhere. The meat was all in the middle of the sub so we had to redistribute it ourselves. The pickles were haphazardly thrown on without being wrapped, causing the juices to run all over the sandwich. I didn't even want pickles in the first place. The sandwiches were not marked correctly. I will never give my money to this place again. The subs were a disappointment, especially for the high price I paid. Usually, Firehouse Subs is worth it, but not in this case.

Awful experience! I ordered a sub for pick-up and they completely messed up my order. I asked for a large but received a regular, they used wheat bread instead of white, and they left out the pepper jack cheese and Sorensen's sauce that I specifically requested. Despite asking for no mayo, the sub was covered in it, and I didn't receive the hot sauce packets I ordered. How could they mess up a Firehouse Subs order so badly?

We needed 41 minutes to get our sandwiches. we ordered 6 subparts. never seen, a personal so slow and incompetent.

This restaurant often messes up orders. Also, they go offline at 8PM (meaning no delivery/online orders) even though they technically close at 9PM they don’t hold a candle to the 24hour store in Athens. Shame.
