Bb.q Chicken Duluth

This is my first time trying BBQ Chicken and man was it great! Sam has excellent customer service! Had a great conversation with me as I waited on my freshly made food! I thought at first it's a bit pricey but for the quality and the service it's worth every penny! You can tell this place is good just based on the packaging! 10/10 Recommend!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been ordering from this location for over a year, and the last two times I have ordered pickup has been complete chaos. Last time, I had to wait over an hour IN PERSON after placing an order through phone ahead of time for my order. This time, I was inaccurately surcharged $15 for my call in pickup order. When I got there, I handed a boy $29 in cash and told him to charge the rest to my card. He told me the card reader was ready for the rest of the amount (I was unable to see the remaining amount charged) and tapped my card to pay. I looked at the receipt and my card was charged another $29! (And it said I handed him $14.43 in cash, which is inaccurate). $15 more than my order total!!!!! Clearly he didn’t know how to even use the card reader bc he charged me the same amount on my card that I gave him in cash. My advice, go somewhere else, their workers don’t know basic math, it’s complete chaos, and not welcoming when you go in, and you can spend you money better elsewhere for the same food. I’m rare to post disappointing reviews like this, and I will not be back.

Would of given it a 4 but the waitress when I asked if the olive oil boneless chicken was supposed to be spicy for my daughter she said no then walked away. Usually there offer to fix it but guess not. Lol. Or at least offered her a drink to wash it down with. The garlic will last the whole day too.

Delivery was good on time but food was quite terrible. I ordered the whole chicken but it looked like half chicken and tasty was vey dried. I am not gonna order it again from here
