Don't! IKEA Duisburg is an absolute disaster. As a customer, the branch manager has been absolutely degrading, arrogant and unfriendly to me in a complaint. The branch manager does not work customer-oriented and does not show any culmination in exchange despite return promises within 365 days. Their behaviour is undamaged and absolutely not appropriate.

Have ordered and paid by Internet at Ikea furniture worth 1,300 euros. PER Click and Collekt. When we wanted to pick it up, the desk was sold even though we had already paid it. INDUSTRIAL!

Supplier simply moved away and unfriendly. Supplier Stands wrong house number. Hotline service very bad and unfriendly. No feedback for 8 days. Well waited for 2 months and simply canceled without delivery, although it is special order.
