The view of the lake is beautiful but the restaurant rooms are banal and noisy. voices resonate a lot and the atmosphere is very “capped”. the buffet is in the corridor that separates the two rooms, little choice in hot dishes, except oysters and the cup of champagne a fairly ordinary brunch. disappointing for the price.

Sought after kitchen and very good but too expensive given the quantities served. smoke scallops and lobsters are delicious, but too little in quantity. 2 langoustines in a menu at 50 € is too little as the only small gigolette of pigeons. and an ice ball in dessert even succulent. ) taste nourished with the vegetable pickles at the aperitif with the cup of champagne.

The Comptoir du Lac is our absolute favorite restaurant on the lake. We are often in the Annecy area and always make a point to treat ourselves to a meal there. The food is consistently innovative and tasty, with seasonal ingredients and the staff is professional. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated and the view of the lake is breathtaking. I recommend The Comptoir du Lac!
