Phoenix Restaurant im Dreischeibenhaus

Unfortunately I think this restaurant does not deserve a Michelin star. The experience was just not exceptional for being such a good rated place. The service was not what you expect from this price class, the food was okay, but I did not feel welcomed at all. Also, we waited pretty long for our courses. In addition, the whole atmosphere is cold, and finding the entry is mot easy at all. I would not recommend to visit Phoenix and rather choose one of the other great options in Düsseldorf.

Unfortunately, the place is not the same as before the pandemic. Food service is very bad if I don't ask they don't change the cutlery after the second time asked to waiter bit grumpy I was asked vine, in the beginning, she tries to explain but not enough information also ordered wine it's never served when I reminded “we are not served because you don't order vine” after this I don't bother to argue with them. This restaurant does not deserve its bad service because it was so good always try to go to this place but now I'm not sure anymore. I give it two stars because of the food otherwise definitely one! Because yes food is good but ambient also very important otherwise I can eat at home!
