Great concept! Take your bowl, choose your sauce and put all ingredients you want: from different types of vegetables, noodles to zebra or canguru meat. Menus only available in German. Luckily we had a German family with us.

The concept of the restaurant is great. It seems confusing at first but really it's very simple. You tell the waiter what marinade or sauce you'd like then take your bowl over to an area with lots of raw ingredients. You fill your bowl with what you'd like cooked with the sauce, drop it off and wait for it to be brought to your table. What was good is that there were veggie options too as well as meat. There's also soup, sides and dessert stations where you can grab lovely stuff.The food and service was excellent and reasonably priced - we had "All you can eat" veggie option for 17 Euros. I only wish they'd expand to the UK!

We thoroughly enjoyed the option to eat all you can. We had vegetarians in or group and loved the option to choose what we want cooked!the place has a nice ambiance and those familiar with Mongolian cooking will appreciate the sesame oil and the spices used to cook.make sure you try the different sauces or cooking base used. you will have to ask the waiter to erase the old code they use on the slate and insert the new code.they serve camel meat, ostrich meat, kangaroo meat and even zebra meat! The non vegetarians are in for a tasty meal.The soup they serve in the beginning is very tasty. we went twice to get a refill.

We booked the all you can eat deal online (save €5) for a group of 5. I would recommend booking a table as it was quite busy. The food was freshly prepared and of a wide variety. There was a miso soup to start and I also got a side salad. Our waiter took our choice of marinade and then it was up to us to fill our bowl with vegtables, noodles, fish/meat of choice. It was then cooked fresh and brought to our table.I have to say the quality of the ingredients was top notch and each bowl was delicious, the sauces were great although not as spicy as they could have been, however you could add extra spices yourself if required. The staff were very helpful and friendly.Bonus points for making us Baileys coffee with a scoop of ice cream as dessert. If I lived in Dusseldorf I would be back every week!
