Allee-Café - Düsseldorf

I work near this coffee, at the beginning I went there oftener. But the service is really getting bad. One day I was there in the morning, and there were 2 or 3 staffs, there were no other customers, but they were just busy doing their things , nobody came to me, of course I said Guten Morgen , then I said guten morgen louder , the lady who was near to me finished the thing at hand then began preparing other things instead of come to me, I waited there for long time , please note there 's no other customer, I just went away. The food there is expensive also the wait time is long , and plus this kind of service , I just go there seldom, my colleague also talked about the bad attitude often in our canteen. Then today lunchtime, I went there just want to get one soup, because I don 't want to go far and want just go back home early. When it was my turn, she jumped over me to ask the next customer, it was ok, sometimes there were many customers and this cafe has only small place for customer to wait, I said I think it is my turn, the next customer said sorry, the the staff said nothing , but Na, bitte , the way she said , Na, bitte , Na, please, showed she was so unpatient, it started annoying me, I told her 3 time want a soup, and at last she put the change coin on the glass counter with force. I can 't believe it. The food there is also expensive, and the wait time is also long. Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice breakfast options. Long wait however. Everything looked classy. Mini jars of jam. But the sticks that kept the bread together were plastic. Without unnecessary plastic and better service this would be five stars.

Very nice place to have a big healthy breakfast. We had to wait a bit to order, but then the food came very quickly.

A wide choice of fresh bakeries, cakes, sandwiches, berliners etc. with reasonable prices and delicious taste. Recommended!

We had delicious breakfast at this place. Fresh orange juice, fresh bread, fresh cake. Yumi! Very clean, modern and kids friendly. This place isnt exactly in the city center but two doors down the B&B Hotel (also a good place to stay! Just 3 stops from the center).
