Extrablatt - Düren

Very nice place in Duren. Very good food and drinks sitting, lovely in the square. Serving food till late is also a huge plus.

This restaurant in the centre of Düren is part of the Extrablatt chain and serves meals from breakfast to diner and everything in between. We went here for lunch again. The value for money is excellent. Service is good and friendly. I doubted between four and five stars, but I decided for the latter because of the value for money.

Five of us were in the centre of Duren on a Friday evening. Our first choice of restaurants were fully booked so we went into Extrablatt. This is a franchised chain restaurant. We were lucky enough to get the last available table, even though this is quite a large restaurant. Our waiter spoke good English. All the food and drinks were good.

Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass die Ware nahezu komplett angeliefert wird und dann nach Bestellung serviert wird. Lediglich die Salate sind frisch. Ja, man kann die Sachen essen, aber es ist langweilig.

Nous y sommes arrêté pour prendre une bière et un cocktail et avons profité de la terrasse pour apprécier la place publique et les passants. C'est cher mais comme c'est très touristique, ça n'a rien de surprenant.
