Mcdonald's - Dubuque

The Dubuque location on Flint Hill Drive has really declined in quality. I ordered using the kiosk and was assigned a number, but instead of bringing the food to my table, the staff called out that number instead. My sandwich, a quarter-pounder, was decent but didn't taste very fresh. The fries were hard and overcooked. Overall, it seems like there are some significant issues with this restaurant. I think I'll be avoiding it in the future.

We were on a bus trip and stopped for breakfast and dinner on the way home. The coffee was excellent, and the breakfast burrito was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, doing a great job accommodating the large number of people from the bus. However, our evening stop didn't go as smoothly, and some of our orders were not quite right. Once again, it was very busy, which might have contributed to the confusion. Overall, it was a good experience, despite the hiccups.

There's something about this McDonald's that consistently leads to mistakes with my order. More often than not, they forget to include items altogether. Honestly, it's such a frequent occurrence that I wonder if they're doing it to save money. It's conveniently located close to my house; otherwise, I would probably avoid it.

I am a regular, I use the drive thru, and I doordash, if necessary, unless one of my well-known Adam(a manager) is in the layer, I have never received a correct or complete order from this key west location. as my family and I are here before the new management, their afternoon crew is absolutely inconspicuous. they are on their handys in the auto-dru window. they do not review their orders and they are more common than rude.

This McDonald's is filled with flies. The simple reason is the tables are filthy. I never once seen anyone in the lobby cleaning I stopped coming here because of it.
