Little Caesars Pizza - Dubuque

So picture this its Superbowl Sunday, 5 o'clock rush hour. One man at the front standing all alone against dozens of other patrons. Chance did a wonderful job keeping the pace and staying as cool calm and collected. I give him amen for being one of the best front line workers I've ever seen! 5 out 5!

I love the $5 Pizzas. During busy hours they need way more hot ready Pizzas. That's actually what gets their business in my humble opinion, the in out speed. I'll change my rating to 5 when that changes.

Good Cheap Pizza, Breadsticks, etc. If on a tight budget it's your best tasting family option

I love the pizza portal at Little Caesars! You know when your stuff id ready and just have to walk in and grab it no waiting for the counter or anything. Little Caesars isn't fancy, but it is great value, especially for feeding the troops.

Stopped to get a hot and ready at 630 on a Tuesday. None available. No one else in the store waiting. Terrible customer service from a gentleman with ear buds in. Tried again tonight after a bad experience last time figuring everyone needs a second chance. I don?t know if it is management or owners but something should change. I understand it?s hard to find help but at least have the kids working the counter have some sense of how to treat customers.
