Kfc - Dubuque

I was very disappointed with my chicken pieces; they were much smaller than I expected for the price I paid. It seems like the quality has really declined.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, and the food is great! I tried the $6 box, and it was awesome.

The service was excellent, and the restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained. However, the tea was sour, and the chicken was overcooked. Since it was my first visit, I’m willing to give it another try.

We waited 20 minutes to order and it took 45 minutes to make our order. You would expect it to be hot then, but it was only warm. No reason to come back again with so many food options out there. Took flagging down a dishwasher to get some ketchupeventhough it was requesting when order placed.

Super slow and poor customer service if you like to be ingnored and waiting a long time even the guy has your food on the counter but he will not give to you he instead start fixing the monitor with your food next to him horrible customer service
