Donut Boy - Dubuque

I ordered a dozen raised donuts and received only cinnamon rolls and cinnamon rolls next to each other. They were also undercooked.

There was no customer service at this restaurant. The donuts were decent, but not worth putting up with the unpleasant workers.

I visited this restaurant once and tried their stale doughnuts. When I stopped by another time, a very angry woman shouted at me that they were sold out. It's disappointing to put in extra effort to support a small business and not feel appreciated.

Customer service is non existent! I pulled up to the location at 5:45am to buy Doughnut Boy Doughnuts for my son 's 16th birthday. The signs on the doors say that they don 't open until 6:00am (the female clerk was sitting down). Like any civilized human being I waited patiently outside. At 6:05am I finally knocked on the door and the clerk looked at me with a very nasty look and said very rudely I 'll be with you in a minute . Needless to say, I will not be returning! Ever since the new owners took over the place sucks! Go too Hy-Vee!

Never thrown a donut out. Until here. Was very stale and disappointing.
