Dairy Queen - Dubuque

Ive been coming to this DQ for 6 years now, and I'm getting more and more disappointed each time I come there. The meal deal is overpriced with the portion you receive, They forget sauces constantly, The food is often cold and stale. Its a shame becausethis is the closest food option to my house. Very disappointing.

Delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy it in. The staff is friendly, too!

I often find myself waiting a long time, and I've frequently received incomplete orders.

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick ice cream cone, but I was surprised to see 12 cars waiting in the drive-thru. After waiting for 7 minutes without a single car being served, we decided to leave. Having worked at Dairy Queen in the past, I know it shouldn't take that long to serve anyone in the drive-thru! Instead, we went over to McDonald's across the street, where we got our ice cream promptly, all while noticing that Dairy Queen still had 11 cars waiting.

I went to this location on May 16th,2022 at 11am doors were still locked even though it says opens at 11am then ordered a 7 Dollar Cheeseburger all day meal plain nothing but cheese and bun and meat and I get ketchup and rude treatment ! I almost gotsick on the ketchup ! Got my money back and a rude apology ! Never coming back !
