Charlotte's Coffee House - Dubuque

Ideal spot for a day of remote work or meeting up with a friend. I had an iced latte and loved the cozy seating, sunny windows, and welcoming ambiance. The wifi was reliable and the coffee was delicious.

I only gave this restaurant two stars because the servers were great and the ambiance was lovely. However, the sandwich was disappointing as the egg patties were still frozen and the biscuit was dry. The keto bowl was also quite small. It's rare for me to leave negative reviews.

I have always loved this restaurant! It has been getting pricier, but the food has always been delicious - especially the açaí bowls!
