However, the restaurant offers plenty of vegan choices, and the vegan sandwiches are exceptionally tasty (note: the 200g sandwich is quite large, and try it with grilled bell peppers). Located slightly outside the city center, in a small shopping plaza with paid parking available nearby.
On a scale of zagreb (limited) and split (damaging), this is somewhere in the middle. to eat a small refrigerator like a sandwich and cake and drinks. a stall chocolate, a stalk of scratches etc. the workers were very busy while I was there and had to press around them in a round.
We just arrived on the ferry from Hvar and decided to have lunch at Urban.
Unfortunately there a not so many soy products in the normal supermarket in Croatia, but here you get a good selection of soy products, vegan cheese, vegan milk,... We tried the vegan strudel (2 different are available in the fridge) and a cookie and we can highly recommend to buy the vegan strudel there. Furthermore there are soy products produced in Croatia.
This place had SO much tofu and seitan, vegan sausages, pasta, bread, soups, sauce mixes, chocolate, crisps, crackers, pastries, brownies, cookies, sandwiches, juice, vitamins, beauty items...it was so much better than I expected! I just hoped for a few vegan bits and bobs but it was great. We ate in our Airbnb a lot as Dubrovnik is expensive to eat out, and we made an amazing tomato sausage pasta with the stuff from bio&bio! We bought loads of tofu and seitan chilled pastries to have as snacks on day trips and they did the trick perfectly. Was definitely glad to have it there as other shops sorely lacked vegan items.
