Friendly staff. somewhat disappointed by the size of the meat, only two pieces of the brisket and much of it was fat that had to be cut off.

Smallish parking lot right at light of Veterans and Springdale. 8-9 tables inside. Many to most seem to be doing drive through. We ordered at the window, and got food in less than 5 minutes. The food was deemed to be top notch. Brisket was tender and very good. The chipped pork (like pulled, but a little more) was as good as any. Green beans were not really seasoned, and may have been cooked in pork, per our tastes: pretty good. Cole slaw was fresh and well done. Iced tea was ok. Brisket basket w white bread slices, green beans and fries. Chipped pork w cole slaw and green beans. All for less than $15 a head. A good place.

It was the kick that us Yankees expected from a southern barbecue restaurant. Will definitely make this a monthly if not bi-monthly stop. Great friendly service. Decent prices. Can't wait to try the ribs! Well worth the money. Highly recommend.
