Sonic Drive-in - Dublin

It was gone, but okay. not clean, but eating is okay.

I order from this place 3 or 4 times a week, always online, and I usually go through the drive-thru. However, today I sat in the drive-thru for 5 to 10 minutes, only for the woman at the window to tell me that I couldn't receive my order there and needed to move to a parking stall. It seems like the policies have changed, but good customer service would have meant handing over my order and then informing me that I should use a stall next time. I'm really frustrated with how this place seems to always be chaotic. They definitely need new management!

I’m giving this place four stars because it doesn’t quite satisfy my cravings, but their shakes are fantastic! You can order a lemonade and be guaranteed not to be disappointed. Their milkshakes are also excellent. Sonic is the only spot in Dublin that offers such a wide variety of milkshakes.

I had a frustrating experience with my order. I mistakenly complained about an item that I didn't actually want. Additionally, they don’t offer a simple hamburger as a main course, which is hard to believe. To make matters worse, they refused to refund me for the double cheeseburger I didn’t want. Not cool at all.

Service was ok, but the food was awful. And this is the 3rd time in a row the food was bad.
