It was great Zane did a fantastic job and the food was perfect

Server was very slow to take out drink orders, waited almost 10 mins before meeting waiter. Drinks then food came very slow. Only waited 10 mins to be seated, unsure why service was very slow.

Everything was better than expected good place to get seafood for reasonable price

Hostess who greeted us was more than rude. long red hair in ponytail. ive been in business for more than 40 years someone needs to teach this young lady to mind her manners to customers. we debated as we were told to return to our car to wait of just leaving. manager should speak tok her but im sure shell have an answer for them lots of excuses

Despite using open table to have our name wait listed, we still had close to an hour wait before being seated. Upon arrival we had were told we had 20 min wait, even though we arrived 20 minutes early. After 30 minutes we were told we were 8th on the list. 15 minutes later and after 4-5 parties had been seated some who I know arrived after we dud), we had only moved up one spot. When asked how could that be; I was told it was how The “system” worked. Only after I complained and asked to speak with manager were we seated. The funny thing, inside the restaurant there were probably 13-15 empty tables. When we asked our waitress why all the empty tables and a 60 minute wait we were told it a was a kitchen issue and not all the tables can seated. I’ve been to this Red Lobster only a handful of times and each time we have long waits and the restaurant is full of empty tables. Also there is no benefit using open table except for the points
