Rebol - Dublin

Last night, we ordered takeout from ReBOL in Dublin, OH, and I encountered a small issue with my order. However, they resolved it quickly and without any fuss. If I were to start a fast casual restaurant, this would be the standard I aspire to. The food is not only excellent but also healthy! I truly trust the ingredients, even the ones I can't see. The staff here genuinely seem dedicated to being helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. Thank you to everyone who makes this place special. I’m cheering for your ongoing success!

To make matters worse, on two separate occasions, they were out of granola, which is a key ingredient in a granola acai bowl. How can a restaurant serve this dish without one of its main components? Additionally, I encountered an overcharging issue with one of my items. I brought this to their attention, and they assured me it would be resolved. However, when I checked my credit card statement later, not only was the issue not corrected, but I also found that I had been double-charged. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment. They have repeatedly failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I have decided not to return. Save yourself the disappointment and look for better dining options elsewhere.

The food here is excellent and accommodates various dietary needs. My fiancé’s daughter follows a mostly plant-based diet and was able to find enjoyable options. However, I deducted a star for the service since they do not accept cash.

It is wonderful to find a restaurant that is 100% healthy and 100% absolutely delicious! Some restaurants claim to be a healthy alternative...REBOL is a healthy alternative!! Definitely coming back, a must visit!

I love Rebol! The food, service, and staff are amazing. They offer clean and tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner for a good price. I recommend building your own bowl with the steak and yum yum sauce. They have several bases you can choose from, plus even more sides to add into your bowl. The fresh guacamole is one of my favorites!
