Pho99 Vietnamese Cuisine - Dublin

The food was incredibly flavorful and well-portioned. The broth was clear with no oily residue on the surface. The service was outstanding and quite speedy. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere; I could actually hear the conversation I was having without any yelling or the need to repeat myself. I'm definitely planning to return!

This is the best pho place in the Bay Area! Family-owned and operating for over 10 years, they really take care of their customers. The pho is consistently fresh and perfectly seasoned. It’s also a great spot for families—kids of all ages, including babies, will enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of Pho99. The restaurant is very clean and truly family-friendly.

When I mentioned these issues to our friendly server (the only redeeming aspect of the experience), he reluctantly admitted they had run out of the missing ingredients. What I find unacceptable is that we were not informed about this beforehand. Had we known, we would have chosen different items or dined elsewhere! I have to rate this experience as follows: -1 star for poor operational management in not having the proper ingredients available during a busy Saturday lunch. -1 star for the broken noodles. -1 star for not being upfront about the missing key ingredients. +1 star for the nice waiter who graciously accepted our feedback and removed the bun from our bill. With so many excellent dining options nearby, I seriously doubt I will return to this place!

Came here on a Sunday evening, the place was empty so we got served quickly. There's a ton of tables and the place is very clean, except for not having soap and paper towels in the bathroom, which one of the staff said is coming in an order they placed soon... if I worked there I'd have run out and bought a roll of paper towels and pump soap from the dollar store or something... The staff is very nice and attentive! The food however... was a bit disappointing. I've been craving Banh Xeo and this place popped up so we decided to give it a try. We started off with fresh spring rolls which were good, pretty standard, and ordered a Banh Xeo and Shaking Beef for the main courses. My Banh xeo came with lettuce, cilantro and some pickled radish and carrots, but where's all the other green stuff??? Every other place I've ever been to serves it with a bunch of fresh leaves like perilla and basil and other stuff I can't recall, but that's what makes it so amazing! The stuffing inside was lacking too, but at least the crunch of it hit the spot. Shaking beef looked pretty but taste wasn't all that great, and I've never had it with thinly sliced meat like that so we didn't quite get what we had in mind. If we return it will be to try their pho.

Best pho restaurants in trivalley. The broths are very flavorful. They have great and tasty vegetarian options on their menu. The prices are very affordable compared to other Vietnamese restaurants around the neighborhood.
