Mcalister's Deli - Dublin

The BLT Avocado was fine but they left out the pickle spear. Again. Even though I always order one, they seem to ignore that.

Missed an item on the order despite it being on the receipt in all caps. Food was underwhelming, bland, unremarkable; like an adult Lunchable; I'm looking at you Kids Pizza. Even the Reuben was lifeless. The corned beef has the texture of bologna, and when considered on its own has almost no scent at all; which I guess is better than some alternatives. Would honestly have been disappointed with this as a free office lunch. Maybe I just caught them on a bad evening, maybe it's an anomaly or just didn't travel well. I won't test the theory by ordering again. Guess I'm giving it two stars because you made my 8yo realize Mac&Cheese can be bad. Winning?

Ridiculously LAZY! A computer to take the order? WOW! And then... A place that is know for their SPUDS, and they're OUT of spuds (did the computer computer know that, no it still let me place a large order and drive there to pick up)! To be informed after my drive that they were out. But WAIT! they are located next door to a big box grocery store and yet they can't/won't go purchase spuds so they can complete orders. This place is poorly managed, not sure if it's the franchise owner or the corporation that has FAILED! NEVER again! I will NEVER come back to this or any other McAlister's location.

The bottom of our bread bowl was moldy and we unfortunately we did not notice until it was mostly consumed. Management was uncaring and unhelpful. They offered us a free dessert instead of a refund. Total health hazard be cautious if you decide to eat here!!!

Always a great meal at McAllisters. Restaurant is very clean and the staff is super nice. I want to try other articles on their menu, but I love the McAllister Club. You have to taste the sweet tea!!! Great place.
