Their meatballs are famous and the buffet is top notch with fresh food all the time. The service is outstanding. You can never go wrong going there. Wonderful for one, two or a group. Still the best place to get meatballs and you can get them to go. They are open for dinner at 4P.M. , but unfortunately they do not have their buffet at this time.
Nice place! Kind of crowded on Saturdays. I honestly found it too noisy for me, but the live piano music offset some of that noise. I had filet mignon, it was ok, but I loved the desert. The peach cobbler was beyond delicious. I do like that they have a 3 for 30$ menu for more budget friendly options. It has an upscale atmosphere, but this makes it affordable for more visitors. The clientele seemed to be from all different ages and backgrounds. I don 't think younger than 10 yo would enjoy it. The bathrooms are badly in need of a renovation and a good scrub. There is a changing board in the women 's room, if you do decide to bring a little one, and a step stool to reach the sink if necessary. They seem to have a number of empty party rooms. Overall, not a bad experience. Tracy was our server and she was terrific.
My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here on the 25th of August. Spectacular does not begin to describe it!!! Toni and her team were amazing, the setup was wonderful, Toni herself was extremely helpful with all of the questions that we had and they made sure the day was flawless for us!!! It was a truly magical day and we are so thankful to everyone who helped make it happen for us!!! 12/10 rating!!!
Sandra was friendly and humorous without being overly attentive. When it was clear that we wanted to start our evening with a drink and enjoy the excellent pianist, she encouraged us to "take your time," which was refreshing, especially in a bustling restaurant with more customers than available tables. This set a wonderful tone for the evening. An assistant waiter kept our table tidy and our water glasses full, and the two of them worked seamlessly together, so we never felt like we were waiting on anything. The restaurant has undergone beautiful renovations, and Sandra took a moment to tell us about the updates throughout the building, which was also hosting events that night. She mentioned that they offer their space for weddings and rehearsals, and excitedly described the lively atmosphere on Friday nights with live bands, even providing us with an event schedule that showcased her pride in this restaurant she claimed to have worked at for over 20 years (although she didn't look that old—perhaps a slight exaggeration). I know it can be hard to believe overly enthusiastic reviews, and I admit that our celebration may have influenced my perspective, but our experience at Lascala was truly delightful from the moment we arrived to the complimentary dessert we enjoyed at the end. We will definitely be returning soon!
