Contribuiți la feedbackOrdered five small cheeseburgers and two large fries for almost $80. After 20 minutes or so, I saw five burgers lined up on the preparation condiment table just sitting there. After almost 5 minutes a staff member came in from another room and finish putting the condiments on them. She put them in a bag and then they sat for another seven or eight minutes waiting for the fries to be ready. I had to ask for my now cold burgers and that I would be back later for the fries. They seemed really surprised and confused that I knew they were our burgers sitting there.Halfway done eating our cold burgers, someone brought the fries over. On a side note, the bathrooms were all so filthy. This was on a Sunday night and they weren't even that busy. I won't be back to this location again.
The vegetable sandwich is waste, it was just mushroom, one top layer only with mushroom. Fries also not good.The sandwich taste also not good.Vegetarian options: Vegi sandwich
I did not knew I had to Eat Five guys burgers everyday for the EMPLOYEES to make it what the food actually is.And Is the Five guys Wedges something new that is not on the menu.If you are not a regular customer they will just serve you whatever. I got wedges instead of cajun fries. I could have created a scene there and asked for replacement But i wanted the bosses to read and fix it permenantly.Mr Five guys- Thank your EMPLOYEES for picking on customers.
I’ve been to Five Guys many times and do not recall an experience like this.My dine in lunch bill was $27.00 (after tip) and the food was given to me in a paper bag.When I mentioned the order was dine in the very kind employee (as they all are) informed me that’s how they were told to do it.I left my order on the counter and simply walked out. This isn’t the employees fault, clearly.I called corporate office who told me this facility is a franchise. Apparently they’re able to disgrace the entire brand, as a subsequent call revealed they’ve been doing this for five years.Bottom line is: it doesn’t seem like the owners have any passion, certainly not one that matches that of their employees or the price point of the food.If you are in the mood to pay $27 for lunch and have it served to you in a paper bag this is your place.Otherwise you may want to try other nearby restaraunts that charge $20 without the insult.
Today it was our day, unfortunately we were served by Paulina H around 7:50pm .It wasn't really impressed us at all and even no line,but too bad she wasn't had us a chance to make an order the foods probably.4 of us in the family, we only managed to get 2 meals and one smothey for the kids only.While my boys look up for the smothey menu.She was speak up , people in the line which 3 people just be inline. We were supposed to spend more money not only $41.29.As we're a business people, she doesn't the right position at the counter with customers services . And I believe she won't make it better in order the company will make more profitable to the company.We do go sometimes only whenever we go for regal cinema for movie and our kids asked for it.I'm really so sorry that Five guys had her in the company.If you asked us option we won't intrude to friends and family go back again.I hope , the company may take a little to check the camera and start to observe her while she work at the counters.Or other customers may have the same experience the same as us.
