Falafel Flame - Dublin

On April 21, 2023, I placed an order for pickup at their Dublin location through their website. I received a confirmation text for the order and another text when the pickup was ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed and my 15-minute drive was wasted. The next day, I called the restaurant and was told to contact DoorDash. I explained that I had ordered directly from their website. They promised to call me back but I heard nothing for 2 days. When I called again, they claimed that my order was actually for April 22nd and that the amount paid was less than what I had stated. After providing evidence with text messages and credit card transactions, they finally agreed to refund me. However, nothing happened for 3 days. I decided to drive back to the restaurant (a 30-minute round trip) and showed them the evidence on my phone. Eventually, I received my refund. Mistakes can happen, but if a business does not prioritize customer trust and satisfaction, they risk losing loyal customers. Customers have other options and will not hesitate to take their business elsewhere if they feel undervalued.

The prices have increased at this restaurant and everything is now quite expensive. The food portions are very small. My order was incorrect, as I received a 4-piece beef kebab with nothing else for the high price of $16.78. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund online and had to return to the store in person, which was a waste of time and gas. However, I must admit that the food was delicious.

Very great guys at the front, came from Stockton and made me and my friends feel very welcomed and the food was fantastic as always, recommend these establishment highly they're great people.

I got togo of the falafel platter and it looked like an $8-$10 box and hardly was filling for one person, but they charged $18.53(inclusive of tax), when I asked for extra tahin sauce they said we need to pay for it. Extremely disappointing.

This restaurant serves halal food, which is fantastic as it can be difficult to find a quality halal restaurant. The food not only looks great but also tastes delicious and is always freshly made. The restaurant maintains good hygiene standards and offers a wide range of vegetarian options for those who do not eat meat. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. 10/10.
