I really enjoy dining here, and that's what keeps bringing me back. However, the customer service has declined since COVID. To be honest, it seems to have worsened even more. Food: 4/5.

I’m really disappointed that this location is only about a third of the size due to its catering center. Today it wasn't busy, but they only had one server, which meant we had to wait 15 minutes for just two people. Also, it was quite chilly, so I recommend bringing a coat since it was around 63°F. Food: 3/5.

The service was awful. We waited about an hour for our food, and the restaurant was nearly empty. The pasta was overcooked, and other dishes were served cold.

We paid a lot for the execution tonight. my man got the truthahn and dressing menu. the truthahn was now the same truthahn that has been served for years. looks like the midday meat and tasted like that. he was served that I scrubbed spoons of potato enough for two bites. we have been here regularly for years a quantity of food has changed. the prices are more expensive. don't eat here anymore.

Everything tasted like it was from the microwave. My girlfriend's chicken sandwich was tougher than leather. Someone needs to clean the bathrooms.
