Lalis - Dublin Road, Ratoath

Lalis is an Italian restaurant in portmarnock. The restaurant is in a great location on the coast road with large glass windows so you can look out onto the sea. I've been here a number of times and the food never disappoints. The food is really reasonably priced and I usually go for the early bird menu which is only €14.95 for 2 courses. My favourite starter is the minestrone soup or else the garlic mushrooms. And for main the lesagne is lovely and saucy! The last time I was in Lalis I opt for a change and got the calzone pizza. This was amazing and so well presented, with a love heart, see in the photo attached. The staff are so friendly and really go out of their way. With one of the waiters looking even more delicious than the food!All in all Lalis is a great place to eat and would also be a great place to bring the whole family!!

Hidden gem in Portmarnock. People often forget to venture that little bit further than the village when going out for dinner and can miss this little Italian treasure. <br/ <br/ If you're looking for relaxed, laid back dining then Lali's is a great spot. No airs or graces about the place it just serves well cooked, delicious food. I recommend the pizza's (thin crust of course) the minestrone soup and also the gratin pasta or cannelloni. <br/ <br/ Prices are very reasonable and this is a great place to takes the kids on the weekend too.
