I would rate this 1 star only because of the lady who was serving us, if not for her I would do 0! Not only potato’s we had were bad, rice also wasn’t fresh and swimming in oil. 4 of us went for food including a child, we all come from Balkan countries so we know that food wasn’t the best. My son accidentally knocked a salt thing and it broke and we asked for dustpan and brush to clean it, lady said it’s okay but then said we need to pay €50 because we broke it, apparently it’s real silver?!! Then the rude woman (either a cook or some other kitchen staff) is standing there talking to her other colleague about us how we aren’t paying, we can understand her talking in her language, all our languages are very similar so it wasn’t hard to understand. So rude, so so rude!!! Charging us €50 for it isn’t right, there is no policy in place as I asked to show me policy please where it would say we need to pay for an accident, that child did let me add! Apart from one lady who was very welcoming and lovely, it was all bad. We would not even say anything about the potato and rice that was old, but the attitude from the kitchen staff is appalling. I will write more reviews everywhere about this because we got charged €130 for food and then €50 on top of it for the salt thing! I refused to pay for it and my son who is 8 years old offered lady to pay he only had €10 as his pocket money and she was very quick to take it! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, purely because if you accidentally do something you will get charged stupid price for it when there isn’t even a policy in place (visible for customers), for all I know staff can make all this up for any charges. I will be writing bad reviews on other platforms where I can find your restaurant because how the staff was it isn’t correct, you’re grabbing money of people for what??
