Awful Manager/Owner. With a group of friends drinking and eating at Franks Ryan’s Bar all night, one in the group decided she didn’t want any more to drink so she decided to stop. But then we were constantly harassed by the Manager telling us she couldn’t stay in the Bar if she wasn’t drinking. Absolutely ridiculous. We left straight away. He lost 12 customers that night because 1 person finished drinking. Do not go here!!! Avoid! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
