1st time here. I was on my way somewhere else when I spotted they did Carvery here. Lovely busy pub with good atmosphere. Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient., a rare thing these days. I had the roast beef and it was absolutely gorgeous. The beef was melt in the mouth, the veg was cooked perfectly (root veg fully cooked and the lovely sweet cabbage left with a nice little bite as it should be) Parking on the street nearby is free after 4pm. This will be one of my go to places from now on.
