Contribuiți la feedbackWe had a wonderful time at Rossi's pop-up brunch at Intercontinental Dublin. The menu selection was fantastic, starting with antipasti and followed by a delicious Risotto alla parmigiana. It was a special treat to be served by Alberto Rossi himself, who shared his knowledge about the food we were about to enjoy. Danielle and Gezim provided excellent service. It's a shame that today was the last day for this experience, but hopefully Intercontinental will bring it back soon - it's just what this amazing hotel was missing!
Intercontinental dublin is a luxurious five star hotel in the leafy, redbricked quarters of ballsbridge. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, it is a beautiful walk of about 40 minutes through the old Georgian dublin to grafton street in dublin city centre, or about 15 minutes by car or taxi.
Absolutely exquisite. One of the most beautiful breakfast I've ever had. Sam, our waiter was so friendly and professional and could not do enough for us. We weren't rushed, even if we were done, we'd drink a coffee until our taxi arrived. A luxury experience.
The staff is great. The food is mediocre at best. The lobster could have been honestly all, and the duck was chewing and my husband had to hack through to get the meat off his hand. For some crazy reason Senf was a shrimp on all nets (because it's so subtle a taste? I especially loved how if I only ordered a dessert for me, they placed the cutlery and dessert with my husband and ditto when I (clearly the little woman asked for the bill. Hotel and bar including service and food was great, but would not recommend the restaurant.
Perfect location a short hop to all locations in Dublin. Staff are very friendly that we really feel special. Rooms are large with all the necessary amenities. Free Wi-Fi is easily accessible. We were in a number of hotels in Dublin. This will be our number one from now on..
