Nando's - Dublin

I left a review over a year ago because I had a great experience, but last night was disappointing. After ordering our food through the app, we had to get our own plates, knives, and forks. When we ordered dessert, I didn't receive any cutlery and had to ask for some. The waitress simply pointed and walked away without acknowledging us, even though my mother needed assistance due to her walking stick. I had to ask my disabled mother to get up and get the cutlery herself. I thought it was terrible customer service considering we had ordered online and had not bothered the staff up to that point. The staff used to be friendly, but this experience was disheartening. We don't expect to be treated like royalty, but a little assistance would have been appreciated. We probably won't be returning to this restaurant.

Completely underwhelmed a second time, had the double breast chicken burger with fries and a beer, I don't mind paying for good food but I won't be coming back here, portion was miniscule fries I could count on my hands

I experienced food poisoning from undercooked chicken at Nando's Tallaght. The service was terrible. I ordered 4 boneless wings and 2 sides, but when my food arrived, I found the chicken to be raw. The waitress insisted that it was supposed to be that way. After finally speaking to a manager, I was promised a refund that I never received. I reached out to head office with no response. Overall, a horrific experience.

Food was delicious, did not disappoint. Staff very efficient and friendly. No ice in the drinks machine but drinks were nice and cold.

Food is very basic and super expensive. I don't think anything is made fresh- it seemed all the chicken is precooked and just reheated on the grill with a bit of sauce. Service was good overall but quite rushed (it was very busy so understandable). Atmosphere is OK, very noisy. The place was pretty clean and tidy considering how busy it was.
