Contribuiți la feedbackWorst McD in Dublin. Really. There is one up the street 500m if you really love McD. But I am saddened to say I am now anti McD. Overzealous security much? It’s already stressful to be leading a group, but overzealous security guard when we are ready to drop €200, but some of us need to go to washroom before we order? Rude and told us to get TF out if we are not ordering before visiting “the facilities”. Acknowledged and said “we are ordering and will be right back”. Hello? I already know the washroom code because I spent over €50 same day. There are fast-food restaurants next door. Not a good business practice to be rude. Also they have nothing grilled because “oven is not working”. Like only friers?? There is a Starbucks and dozens of other FF, don’t spend your time here.
I was actually planning to use the bathroom before ordering the sandwich. However, the security guy at McDonald’s started yelling at me, saying that I couldn’t use the bathroom without placing an order first. It was a terrible experience because I am a woman and was alone. The security man from this place made me feel distressed and humiliated. I decided to leave McDonald’s feeling completely embarrassed. I will never go there again! I do not recommend it! They treated me like a tourist visiting McDonald’s on O’Connell Street in a discriminatory manner!
I had almost amazing visit in this restaurant, all the staff are very nice and friendly. Place is clean, and nice. really enjoyed the time here with my family.
In short this place needs closing it’s a health hazard. Putting aside the obvious disregard for normal food shop hygiene this establishment is a breeding ground for drug users. Despite some people doing their best to simply have a meal although I do not know why they would risk it) they are surrounded by people slumped in corners. There are people sitting in the windows, shoes on tables. The children play area that’s a laugh) has been destroyed. Scribbles everywhere. Destruction. Mess all over the place. Untidy, filthy just simply foul. We had popped in for coffee, we did not have anything, we left. However not before one of our group popped to use the loo. Utterly disgusting. Broken doors no locks filthy place. Suffice to say they did not use the facilities either. I shuddered to think what frightful diseases are abound in this heathen hell hole.
Absolutely disgraceful no q system drunks junkies homeless people. I feel sorry for the poor staff dealing with this
