Smoked cod and chips with a 500ml bottle of coke was the order of the day, food tasted great but at €18.95 is pricey for just a takeaway, not far behind a carvery dinner at that price point

Bought take out fresh fish and chips this evening, was fresh and tasty, good portion size, service was excellent, however I thought €18.90 for a fish and chips and a small bottle of coke zero was expensive.

This is our go-to place when we're craving fish and chips. The prices are reasonable for Howth, and there's no difference between dining in and taking out. Both the fish and chips are freshly cooked and served in generous portions. The location is very convenient, with the DART station just across the restaurant, and the option to take a walk along the harbor after your meal. The staff are friendly and provide great service.
