Intercontinental Food Court - Dublin

I tried the jolof rice at this restaurant, which seems to be a popular local dish. It was flavorful, although a bit dry. The restaurant has a cafeteria-style setup where meals are prepared in large batches and sold throughout the day. The staff were welcoming and helpful. In my opinion, the prices are a bit high considering the quality of the food and the restaurant's ambiance. They also charge extra for takeout containers.

Food was average in taste. But it's fascinating that I ordered assorted meat with my Okra and they actually put in boiled beef, not roasted, not fried, BOILED.

I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. The customer service was extremely poor; when I informed them that my food never arrived, they repeatedly hung up on me and were rude. Despite resolving to never order from them again, I always end up returning. They were of no assistance and I am shocked by how frustrating this experience was. Additionally, the place is infested with insects, which is revolting. I was unaware that there were cockroaches in Ireland.

I was served rotten meat. It was cold because it had come out of the freezer and hadn’t de thawed when they warmed it. I also don’t believe any of the food is made on site as everything I was served came out of the microwave I don’t have any photo evidence as I asked about the rotten chicken and was instead offered more chicken which was also warmed with the microwave and I had no reason to believe that the only non fresh piece was the one I was given. €17.50 I’ll never get back avoid avoid avoid this place.

The food is quite original, I got fufu and panga soup, the soup was spicy and thick as i like however the meat was really dry and tripes as well, i couldnt chew them, the fufu was great. Price is really good for the amount of food given. We waited for almost 30 minutes to get our command, 45min to get the food so the service is quite slow. The ambiance is okay, nothing amazing, however the menu is a bit greasy and poorly made. Overall good experience!
