Had the worst service ever here at swords road tonight. Half an hour waiting on food. Cook and Comy chefs both not wearing masks. Took pictures and walked over to the manager and had to show her and tell her I could see the food on the pass for 25 mins. She apologised and had to start cooking again. Then there was a very angry chef shouting that people in the restaurant needed to wear masks. How o could do that and drink at my table! Just because the manager asked him to put his on his nose. Our food came and wasn’t even seasoned and we had drank our drinks. We where starving so ate. paid €37 for this and left disgusted. The manager said sorry but was happy to see the back of us.
Went into Eddie rocket in Main Street swords this evening. The waitress came over and took our order, about 30 minutes went by and they had not even brought as much as a napkin to the **** table! A further(yes a further 15 on-top of the original 30 mins) 15 minutes went, so just to clarify that Is a whopping 45 minutes in the establishment without even a NAPKIN. After about another 5 minutes the useless waitress notice we hadn’t had any service and asked had we ordered yet, bare in mind we ordered nearly an hour ago at this time. A lady who seemingly looked like she had half a brain apologised and told us she will have us looked after within 3 minutes, foolishly we believed her. A further 10 minute go by and not a sign of the food, we got sick of waiting so we got up and left. Absolutely appalling service, will not be returning.
I have just left Eddie Rockets in Swords absolutely livid. My partner and I went and regretted it from the minute we ordered. When the waiter eventually came over, we asked about the starter and he asked ‘does it come with salsa and sour cream’ And then he took our order and we said for starters we would have nachos and mains we would have wings etc. After this when he was bringing over the cutlery, my fork was broken and I had to get new plastic cutlery myself. Starters and mains were served together and were left sitting for 10 minutes on the counter before being served. When the food was brought down, I explained to the waitress that the food was left sitting for a period of time and that we ordered the starters and mains to be separate, in addition to being handed broken cutlery. I was met with an abrupt ‘ eh we don’t do mains and starters separate anymore’ and I said that’s fair enough but when we specified it why wasn’t it said , and she brushed it off without even an apology or an ounce of care in the world. I couldn’t even finish my food I was that livid. Appalling level of service from the minute we sat down. No customer service training I would have stayed for a brownie sundae but couldn’t justify giving them any more business. I would have said it to the woman at the cash desk but she was too busy listening to music on the wireless airpod in her ear . AVOID AVOID AVOID
There was one certain waitress who was pretty rude to myself mainly and also my friends other than that it was great
