Chopped - Dublin

It's great to have a variety of green options to enjoy in Ireland. From spinach to arugula, it's nice to have a healthy alternative to typical pub food.

The salads were consistently good, with the option to choose from suggested combinations or create your own. While I would have liked to see more vegetable options, the menu does offer a variety of ingredients such as nuts, beans, avocado, and dairy-free cheese. I was particularly impressed by the availability of dairy-free cheese, as it's not something you often find at pizzerias. One downside was that I wanted to leave a tip, but there wasn't a tip jar available. Overall, it was a great dining experience!

I tried to place a pickup order through the Chopped app at my local Swords location, but every time I do—regardless of the time—I get a text saying my order has been cancelled. It's frustrating because I can walk into the store and order the same thing without any problems. The staff, mostly young, often seem disinterested, chatting among themselves while customers are left waiting. There seems to be a real lack of organization here. If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place.

During a four-day business trip, I visited the Belfast location with my wife and two children. We all tried the pita bread wraps along with some drinks, and everyone really enjoyed the meal. However, the nearly £30 total felt a bit steep. While the food was fresh, well-prepared, and served in generous portions, we felt it was overpriced for what we received. Next time, we’ll probably choose Subway instead.

The restaurant was extremely unclean and the staff were unaware of the allergens in the soup. It seems like they lack personnel to clean the tables or floors.
