Chimac - Dublin

Order the Korean BBQ burger, and it was unreal. The flavour is just fantastic. It may be slightly expensive, but it's more than worth it for the food. I'll happily go again.

Great Korean-Northern American fusion cuisine. Portions are huge and food is so delicious you're definitely be planning your next visit right on. Service is lovely, all in all one of the best places in Dublin to get a burger or a chicken salad.

With only a day and a half in Dublin, I asked TikTok where I should eat. This suggestion did not disappoint. Chimac is refreshingly simple and utterly delicious. Great for casual catch ups and solo adventurers.

Was a lovely little place. Sophie the waitress was very friendly and gave us recommendations for places to look out for during our stay. The food was also to die for. Day 2 came back for the ice cream sandwiches as they didn’t have them on our first visit and let me say for any sweet tooth out there this is the pudding for you. Was so unbelievably tasty with every bite. Again our waiter was a warm and welcoming face named myles who was outstanding in service.
