Burger King - Dublin

A stranded experience always. Order doesn’t usually take to long to be made.

Order quickly taken,but long wait for meal,part of counter taken over by delivery people and disagreement over orders.Pity usually most efficient

Myself and two kids nearly €25 for 3 warm burgers and a tiny handful of chips with drinks by the time realized I was out of the shopping centre( Ilac) and wasn’t queuing up again I won’t be back ever!!!!

Wanted to wash my hands before I ate and a Asian gentleman stood at the door of the toilet and told me I could not go in due to the fact I was not a customer sales record no 12450380 and I was horrified at his ignorance,so i ate my food without the use of the toilet ,I had the burger and chips and coffee,get someone who is a bit more diplomatic,I spoke with the manager anton who had no interest in my concerns ,I said that i thought that the Asian looking gentleman was ignorant in his manner ,and the manager said to me that Burger King train the staff to be like that ?? So that’s enough for me .not returning there ever again was really upsetting ,

I had a coffee and when I went to the bathroom they have a sign to ask to use it. So you have to go back get in line and they buzz the door open? Come on Burger King dont cheapen your restaurant like this. I posted the sign on the door for reference.
