We had booked a reservation for a hen party of 16 women four months in advance, only to be informed via email two days before our visit that the menu had changed to Caribbean food and the price had increased. We felt we had no choice but to go ahead with the reservation due to the large group size. The food we were served was average at best - cold, unappetizing, and lacking in flavor. The website advertised a "bottomless brunch" but when we clicked on the link, it was actually a "bottomless boozer brunch" which required us to order food in order to qualify for unlimited drinks. This was not what we had expected. When we complained to the manager about the food, we were met with aggression and disbelief. The staff even went as far as questioning other members of our party about the food. We were eventually asked to leave the premises after giving our feedback. Additionally, the toilets were in a neglected state.
Steer clear of this restaurant at all costs. We had high hopes for a fun bottomless brunch for my niece's hen party, but unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. Some of the drinks on the menu were not available and the food was subpar, resulting in full plates being sent back. There was a lack of customer service throughout our visit, and when we voiced our concerns, we were treated disrespectfully and told to leave. This review aims to warn others against patronizing this poorly managed establishment that does not value customer feedback. Instead of trying to convince customers that their returned food was good, the focus should be on maintaining clean restroom facilities. The quality of the food we received was anything but satisfactory.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs! We had booked a bottomless brunch, only to discover that it did not include any food. It was actually just bottomless drinks, but in order to have drinks, we had to purchase food. The quality of the food was terrible, and when we gave feedback to the manager, we were met with dismissive responses like "we know the food is nice." It was a complete waste of money. Additionally, the toilets were in a disgraceful state, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen. This was definitely the worst dining experience I have ever had, and the staff could use some lessons in customer service.
This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I made a reservation for a table for 16 people for my daughter's hen party in January. Two days before our booking, we received an email saying that the menu had been changed to Caribbean cuisine, which was okay with us. However, when we arrived, we were informed that some items were not available. The food we did receive was honestly the worst I have ever had. When we complained to the manageress, she was very rude and insisted that the food was fine, telling us to settle the bill and leave. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if possible. And don't even get me started on the filthy toilets.
AVOID this place , food was unacceptable and bottomless brunch is not what it seems. First choice was not available then they ran out of a certain drink on the menu . Staff were very patronising when we said we were not happy and would advise they listened to the customer feedback instead of disagreeing . The toilets were disgusting so who knows what the kitchen was like, overall this was by far the worst restetaunt I've ever visited.
