Rusty Bucket Dublin

It took too long to get food. It didn't seem too busy either.

It was very busy, but our waiter took care of us. My salmon was very dry and seemed to be missing the glaze.

We had a lovely dinner for two on a Saturday evening. We made an online reservation which allowed us to bypass the line and be seated right away. The food was good and tasty, though not outstanding. The service was efficient and friendly. The only downside was that we were placed at a small table next to larger party tables, which made it cramped and inconvenient. The table next to us was dirty and unappealing for half of our meal, and then a large group with children sat there, making it difficult to have a conversation. It would have been nice if they had saved a better table for us.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 45 minutes before we were seated at our table. However, once we were finally seated, the experience was excellent.

My husband and I enjoy a delicious lunch at Dublin’s Rusty Bucket. Everything was perfect from first meeting the hostess, to the wait staff and the food we ordered. We’ll definitely be back!!
