Unlicensed but BYO so had to walk to bottle shop to get beer. Spring rolls really disappointing but the mains were lovely. Was totally surprised that they charge you for TAP water..... What the??? Food was good but would not dine in again... only good for takeaway

We decided to go to the Golden dragon as a stop over on our road trip. The food was excellent & they were very careful to ensure no food had prawns in it as I'm allergic to them. The waitstaff were pleasant and helpful. The downside was, after being looked after by the receptionist (who helped with the food order etc), the young man who took over had poor English & it was difficult to ask for anything. Hand signals had to be used sometimes. Even so he did a great job. Would recommend eating there anytime.

Arrived in Dubbo, walked up to restaurant, long wait for average food. No eftpos available, not good when trying to use meals and entertainment cards. Almost cancelled the order due to long wait. Food was average. Fried rice just that. Sweet and sour pork had lots of cauliflower in it. OK food but not worth the wait

We were staying at the Cattlemans and had arrived late on a wet cold night so this restaurant was very handy. The staff were friendly and the service was good. We did not have to wait long for our meals and they were very generous in size. Dim Sims were nice. Overall a pleasant evening.
