Lakeview Lodge At Treasure Lake

Great view and opportunity to meet others at Treasure Lake. Only the question is that they follow too many rules through the book. For example, they have an adult swimming of 6:15 o'clock, but the only ones who enjoy the pool are usually the children who cannot understand why the pool is empty for adult swimming and they cannot go back until 18:15 o'clock. There must be a certain discretion of the lifeguards.

This restaurant at Treasure Lake in Dubois is a lovely spot, offering fantastic hospitality—an excellent way to celebrate the summer!

While waiting for our companions to arrive, we spent some time at the bar, where the bartender was both friendly and amusing. It seems like it's a great spot to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. Our group of seven settled into the restaurant section of the lodge, where we were treated to a gorgeous view of the sunset over the lake. The sunsets here at Treasure Lake are among the most breathtaking anywhere, and tonight did not disappoint. Our meals varied, with some opting for fried fish and chips, salmon, steak salad, and prime rib Philly cheesesteak. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and professional, making everyone feel welcome at our table. Overall, everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. One of our group members, known for their sweet tooth, decided to try the Oreo cookie cream brulee. It was served in a simple coffee cup and looked quite plain at first glance. When I asked if they enjoyed the dessert, I regrettably learned that they didn’t. We informed the waitress, who graciously removed it from the bill and attempted to help our friend enjoy a second serving, but after just one spoonful, they left it untouched on the table. I believe a piece of chocolate cake with chocolate icing would have been a much better choice. Overall, our dining experience was very pleasant, and it was delightful to see familiar faces and meet new friends. However, I do think they should reconsider their dessert offerings. Would I recommend Lakeview Lodge? Absolutely! It was a wonderful evening, with good prices and fantastic staff.
