A&w Canada - Drummondville

Took 20 minutes from when i arrived at the cashier to make my beyond meat burger .... place was empty but they seemed to not care. i asked about my in app purchase and she said she had it.... but for some reason the kitchen didnt get the order. took 20 minutes until my burger was prepared and given to me .... NO ONE ELSE (except one guy) was there to order. THREE staff were standing around. This was around 3:50 pm on a Saturday.... it was quiet and they DID NOT CARE.... they apologized (sort of) that it was taking so long. Look, after 15 min i dont want it. After 20 minutes I expect the burger, my money back and a free burger coupon for the next time i visit. I am totally not impressed. this isnt a restaurant, it is a fast food joint and they should be able to pump out a basic burger in 10 min or less.08/12/2023 03:51:25 pm755,boulevard René LévesqueOrder #74A&W complaint was sent. Ive been here 30 minutes still no food. Rude staff told me to wait and won’t refund

Disastrous service! 15 minutes of waiting to place an order with only 2 people in front 40 minutes of waiting for 3 burgers If we had not revised our order we would have left without the sauce or the drink... When we informed the waitress, no excuses , no one is sorry... It's a shame because it's the minimum in customer service.
