McDonald's - Drumheller

Good old McDSo came here and it was super packedLuckily we got a parking spotBut inside it was full of people on the long weekend.

There's no mcd's at this address It's residential!__It's actually 2nd ave SE.

The food was fine, consistent with any other McDonald's. However, the seating is indequate for how busy this location is, the restaurant's own parking lot is too small so you should plan on parking at the neighboring hotel, and the cleanliness was okay but not stellar. The front staff were doing a good job of keeping up and being personable, but the front manager was visibly stressed and not really paying attention. Customers ahead of us tried to have a simple coffee order corrected and were brushed off multiple times with, "I'm sorry, but I can't." Very poor service. We saw another customer walk up to the drive through window to try to get an order corrected, presumably after having no success inside.All in all, based on this visit, I wouldn't stop here again.

Sat waiting for 15 mins for a simple order. No one came to say something might be longer. No one came to the window at all until I was handed my simple meal and drink. The line was long behind me and everyone was impatient. I noticed I had no straw. I tried waving to get someone's attention. When the girl came to give the next people their order I was still there so I asked for a straw. She said oh ya and handed me my straw. By now people are honking behind me. Very disappointed in James the manager. Terrible service!

We've stopped here many times in our travels, due to requests of the younger set in our family. Always clean, friendly, and the consistent level you'd expect. I've always had positive experiences at this location.
